Gluten Free Cooking Classes

Enjoy a day in the green Strzlecki Ranges learning to cook a variety of gluten free dishes, as well as enjoy a tasty meal of all our creations afterwards together. Our classes vary each month, meaning you could learn to make gluten free pasta, sourdough breads, speciality breads, pretzels, bagels, crackers, sponges and even scones, so that you can then cook everything you need in your gluten free diet easily at home! 


We will use only the best ingredients and will go home with the highest quality Wild Sourdough specialty flour of your own to use and e-cookbook emailed straight after the class.

Sunday July 28th : 10am-3pm Gluten Free Breads, Sponges and Scones

Join Eimear in the green rolling hills of Thorpdale as you learn to make Gluten Free Sourdough and/or simple yeast bread as well as finding out all the secrets of how to make the perfect gluten free sponge cake. Its hard to find a gluten free scone to get excited about but on this day you will learn how to make your own scones and enjoy them with jam and cream.  This cooking class also includes a beautiful meal including all the goodies that were made in the class. You can enjoy them by the fire with a lovely hot cup of tea.
