This recipe is a favourite in our family, because its easy to double or triple the amount for big events like christenings, birthdays, bbq's and even a recent 18th birthday. It can easily be made gluten free by switching out the soup mix with vegetable stock paste.

While both muesli and granola are a mix of grains, seeds, nuts and dried fruits, the main difference is that granola is sweetened with honey or maple syrup and is baked. Muesli is not baked.
